Arlington Early Learning Center
This is a very large early learning center (17500 sq ft!) that we recently completed.
We transformed this center with a complete rehab and new custom client specific branding, new paint, new floors, new cabinets and counters throughout. On the north side of the building we added two new bathrooms and three new classrooms to maximize enrollment from a large common playspace area.
The exterior got the royal treatment with a complete new playground, new drainage, parking lot repairs and restripe. New dumpster enclosure and new brick walls around the perimeter of the playground to keep the little learners safe.

Lakewood Early Learning Center
The Lakewood project is a 13,000 sq ft Early Learning Center in the suburbs of Chicago.
Watching this abandoned center be transformed from its tired and outdated look to a fresh modern appeal gave us and the owners great pleasure. There was no need to reinvent the wheel here to make this a successful location. We removed the carpeting from the walls and added kid-tough armor to protect the walls. New paint to brand the location, add sinks in various rooms to increase occupancy/enrollment. New flooring and lighting to make the space light and bright, and brand specific custom pieces were hand made to make the space an enticing place to learn and be safe. Routine mechanical systems were replaced to lower maintenance costs and remove the headache from teachers/director so they can focus on the job of teaching the next generation. Callaway Services takes great pride in the fact that we are trusted with creating safe spaces for children to learn and grow.

Natural Playscapes
Playgrounds are serious business at Callaway Services! Beautifull yet functional and fun areas set the tone for parents when they come to tour your facility. Callaway Services has become an expert in natural playscapes, we have the ability to design and build areas that are not only fun places to get exercise and fresh air but are inviting from the road to bring in the traffic needed to increase enrollment.
At Callaway, we have a saying "the best playgrounds start with a good plan and good drainage." We have the tools to plan a fun and interactive place to learn, devoid of the antique metal monster traditional play equipment. Learning and play go hand in hand in all of playgrounds. Big ideas started with the thought, "Why can't we bring music, art, fine motor skills, and FUN all together" while still using natural materials that are attractive and kinder to the enviorment.

Pearland Early Childhood Center
This project was originally a competitors brand, after rebranding and extensive repairs on deferred maintenance, this center was ready for learning again!
Here, we completely replaced the drop false ceilings with new grid and pads. With the ceiling under control we turned our attention to the mechanicals of the building, we replaced all of the HVAC equipment and all plumbing throughout the building, the electrical was professionally inspected and deemed safe.. Then we completely removed all of the previous owners branding and installed our clients features and branding that make their centers so fun and inviting. A fresh coat of paint and all new flooring had this center ready to make a profit again.
Exterior recieved a full coat of paint and a new street marquee.

Winterpark Apartment Complex
Scope of work here was extensive. Callaway completely demoed the interior, installed new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, subfloor, drywall, cabinets, granite countertops, flooring, doors and millwork. After modernization and updates, the owner was able to increase rents from 750.00 per month to 1200.00 per month, a substantial ROI. In addition, maintenance costs and hassell were significantly reduced, plus the value of the asset was significantly increased making this project a winner all the way around for the owner.
